What Is Psychotherapy and How Can It Help You?

Psychotherapy is a process in which a person, with the professional support of a therapist, explores their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours to better understand themselves and overcome inner challenges. Through conversation and various techniques, it helps address conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, trauma, and other concerns.

The number of psychotherapy sessions depends on several factors, including the nature of the issue, therapy goals, and the client’s individual needs.

Most clients notice improvement after just a few sessions, while others continue therapy longer for personal growth and maintaining mental stability. In my work, I strive to be flexible and adapt to each client’s individual needs and circumstances.
